Bangkok has a lot of coworking spaces, and they are spread unevenly. Most sit along the Sukhumvit BTS line, in Silom-Sathorn and around Siam. A few good, cheap options are further out, in Phra Khanong, On Nut and Bang Na. This guide groups spaces by the station you would use, so you can shortlist by commute first and compare price second.
All prices are in Thai baht and come from each operator's website as published on 29 October 2026. Network operators (Spaces, Regus, JustCo, Common Ground) often show a "from" price. Your real quote depends on term length, the number of seats and current promotions.
How to use this guide#
- Find your station. Use the BTS or MRT stop closest to where you live or stay.
- Decide how often you will come. Two or three days a week usually means day passes or a multi-visit pack. Five days a week usually means a monthly hot desk.
- Check what you actually need: 24/7 access, phone booths, meeting-room credits, a registered address for a company, or just a quiet desk with good Wi-Fi.
- Book one paid day first. A day pass is the cheapest way to test noise, air-conditioning and the internet at your usual working hours.

What to check before you sign a monthly plan#
- Access hours. Several networks give 24/7 access only to dedicated-desk and private-office members. Hot-desk plans are often limited to business hours.
- Contract term and notice. Network operators often quote their lowest price for 6- or 12-month terms. Read the notice period before you commit.
- VAT. Ask whether the quoted price includes 7% VAT. Some network quotes are "plus taxes".
- Registered address. If you need a company address for the Department of Business Development, confirm in writing that the plan allows registration. Many hot-desk plans do not. See our guide to virtual offices and registered addresses.
- Meeting rooms. Check how many hours are included. Extra hours at network centres often cost 400–800 THB an hour.
Coworking, serviced office or lease?#
A hot desk suits one or two people. For a team of three to ten, compare a small serviced office (see serviced office prices in Bangkok) with a conventional lease. Our guide to leasing office space in Bangkok covers the lease side. If your company needs a work permit for a foreign employee, the Department of Employment will want a real, identifiable office, so plan for that early (work permit guide).
