Getting there: No BTS or MRT station serves this quarter. MRT Sam Yot is about a 20-minute walk. Take a Grab, a taxi, or a Chao Phraya boat to Phra Arthit pier (N13).

At the time of writing (October 2026), the listings with the most Google reviews are BanThai Masaje, Thailanta Kaosan Massage, Charlie Khaosan Spa and Shewa Spa. The first three are Thai massage shops.

Before you choose: Khao San Road is loud at night, and a shop on a side lane is quieter than one on the main strip. Look at the street before you go in and ask whether the room faces the road.
