I did not get a service so cannot comment on that, but if you are foreigner I would be wary of them trying to overcharge you. I entered the store as I wanted to book a simple manicure (only color change). They told me the price was 800 baht (salons in the malls next door charge 250-400 for the same service). I asked twice to reconfirm and they kept pointing to a price in a menu only in Thai. Didn’t seem right so went to a different salon.

Totally much worse experience than it used to be. Price go up 30% while service extremely drop. The store can’t provide receipt for parking stamp if you ask for tax invoice while mostly every other stores in Central Embassy can) and ask you to leave the mall within 2 hrs free parking. The attitude of the staff is slightly bad and look-down, try to blame the customer for asking for tax invoice. Better change the staff before losing more customer
