I lived there for four years. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Because it was a serviced apartment, a maid came to clean three times a week, and the sheets and pillowcases were changed once a week. This allowed me to live in a consistently clean room. There was generally only one maid, so the cleaning took about an hour and a half. She also cleaned, did laundry, and ironed the clothes. There were many Japanese residents, including many families with children. The apartment provided transportation to nearby stations and hospitals in the apartment's car. Although it was a two-bedroom room, there were two separate shower and toilet rooms, so it was spacious. There was also a bathtub, so I could fill it with hot water and relax. There was also a gym, golf driving range, pool, and children's playground on the upper floors of the apartment. It's located on Sukhumvit Soi 59, and while there aren't many restaurants nearby, I didn't find it particularly inconvenient. It's a nice, quiet apartment.
