Overall hotel is value for money. The executive floor service is worth it. All staff are pleasant, welcoming and helpful through out the hotel. Went down to the Spa. This is great service. Welcoming and professional. There are plenty of smiles to relieve your stress and get you ready for the new you. I had the scrub with Fern. She was wonderful. Kind and respectful. It all starts with the receptionist, Pim. Truth be told, would you go further if she is cold and unwelcoming? Pim helped me figure out the best service for my needs. Thanks G Spa!

At the G Spar, we had the most incredible experience at the spa. Honestly, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Tanya and Som were absolutely amazing, so professional, attentive, and intuitive. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and friendliness made it impossible not to smile and completely relax. They truly take care of you and create such a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Ying was also incredibly sweet and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and genuinely cared for from start to finish. We left feeling completely renewed and already can’t wait to come back. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special spa experience. 🌿

Excellent hotel for connection to public transport system for ease of getting around Bangkok. Easy access to metro (blue line for main tourist atrractions), Sky train at Chong Nonsi, and river boats at Sathorn Pier (via Skytrain at Chong Nonsi). The staff were all most helpful but a special mention for Ninney on the front desk who was particularly lovely. The rooms have spectacular views of the Bangkok skyline as does the Scarlett rooftop bar and restaurant and the pool area. All rooms are a very good size as are the bathrooms and beds. Yes, maybe some minor refurbishment is required but in this busy city you spend so little time in your room that for us this was not a major issue and we would definitely stay here again. PS excellent gym as well.

We recently stayed at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was smooth and comfortable, and we appreciated being offered early check-in after our travel. The room had a decent view and was comfortable enough, though it felt worn out and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom especially requires deep cleaning, as there were several corners where dirt appears to have accumulated over time. Breakfast was average, with only a couple of vegetarian options available, and the coffee was unfortunately the worst part — consistently poor on all days. Service in the club lounge was below average and quite slow. That said, the evening lounge access was a pleasant experience, with a good setting, complimentary drinks, and snacks that added value to the stay. We also visited the hotel’s French restaurant late at night for wine, and the view from there was truly amazing — definitely a highlight. The swimming pool was average and not an infinity pool, so it didn’t particularly stand out. One disappointing moment was on checkout day when, despite two reminders, no one came to assist us with our luggage. Lastly, the location feels more suited for business travelers; it’s not the most tourist-friendly area in terms of convenience and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some positives, but service consistency and maintenance clearly need improvement.
