#Bangkok #Thailand #HolidayInnBangkokSilom We had an amazing stay at this Holiday Inn. Our plans were to stay here for 8 days and move on, but we loved it so much we stayed for five weeks. From the moment our Bolt (ride share) pulled up to the hotel entrance and someone opened the car doors and retrieved our luggage we knew that this place was special. Every staff member was so pleasant and friendly it was an incredible feeling. We checked in without a fuss and headed to our modern clean well appointed room. The bed was very comfortable and the linen soft. There was 4 pillows on the bed two firm and two soft. A nice touch. Bathroom was roomy and the shower was large for tall people and the rainfall shower head was nice. The AC unit was quiet and non-obtrusive. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, large screen tv and a tea kettle The room was fairly dark with the curtains closed 97% dark. WiFi was extremely fast and reliable. Pros: we loved the daily breakfast as vegans we were able to find something to eat every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful-always with a smile. One of the best features of the hotel was the location. We were able to walk to about 8 vegan restaurants nearby and we enjoyed that. We could walk to some markets, malls and other tourist attractions like the Skywalk. We like to walk so we walked to Chinatown twice. And there are many massage shops along Silom. There’s a night club nearby that we visited. Also we had our nails done very close by. We even visited the dentist. All walking distance and very close to the hotel. Cons: no onsite washer or dryer. Street noise can get loud especially the sirens from the ambulances. A special shout to “Yoyo” who always asked how we were doing. We loved this place so much that, even though we normally don’t return to the same city, we’re coming back next year.

Our experience at the Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom could not have been better. The employees at reception were so incredibly kind and accommodating from check in to navigating the hotel to getting around to the best attractions in Bangkok. Both restaurants serve a wide variety of delicious international foods and the staff are so kind and appreciative of your patronage. We want to give a special shout out to the concierge Yo-Yo. From the first day he greeted us to the day we left, he was always there with a smile and looking to help us in any way he could. Whether answering questions regarding Bangkok or simply engaging us in pleasant conversation, Yo-Yo made us feel at home and brightened each day.

I had a very comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom and it truly exceeded my expectations for a city hotel in this area. I stayed in a Premium Room, which was spacious, well-designed, and thoughtfully laid out. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the option of soft or firm pillows. The room had a proper work desk, great natural light, and enough space to both relax and work comfortably. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with quality amenities and strong water pressure. Everything felt practical yet polished. One of the highlights was the Executive Lounge access. The atmosphere was quiet and refined, perfect for breakfast, afternoon refreshments, and evening drinks away from the crowds. The service throughout the hotel was attentive and professional. The location is excellent — centrally located in Silom and within walking distance to Sri Mahamariamman Temple, with easy access to BTS and main roads. Overall, this hotel offers great value for comfort, space, and service in central Bangkok. Ideal for business travelers and weekend stays alike. Would definitely stay again.
