I came here specially after seeing the multiple good reviews, so I feel very compelled to write this review so that people are aware. I got a gua sha facial massage, which was 1800 baht for 45 minutes. This price is higher than some of the more luxurious spa buildings. For that price, you are on a thin massage bed behind a curtain right by a busy corridor. It is noisy, the masseuse (bless her heart because she was otherwise so sweet) was not well trained - eg hand movements were messy and got hair all over my face, the pressure was inconsistent the entire time, and she spent at least 15 minutes removing very minimal makeup which meant the actual facial massage only lasted 15 minutes (if even that), before a sloppy massage on your limbs with a sheet mask slapped on top of your face. I was stressed and so disappointed the entire time. I would not have been so upset if the price for this treatment wasn’t absolutely insane and unreasonable. When I came back out, the staff completed cleared out and there was no one at the front desk so I couldn’t even give feedback. I feel like that was purposeful, and it made me feel like I got scammed. From the bottom of my heart, would not recommend.
