Booked my hot oil massage appointment in person in the day for a night massage, the receptionist was very professional and provided many info. I reached the place in the night on time and greeted by the night reception who started to give instruction to the masseuse, holding her dinner pack and started talking with the food still in mouth! What an environment she created from the start! Next the masseuse fetched a small basin of water to literally wet your feet and pat dry only, not really doing a light hygiene clean. The massage bed is just a flat normal bed without the hole to put your face in, instead is given a thai style small pillow to support your fore head without a hygiene towel cover for over 80minutes, my forehead felt sore. The place is kept clean. The lady masseuse missed quite a few stroke due to the slippery oil and in the process uses grip or pinch method that resulted a bruise on my arm. She also left one of my arm cold, uncovered while working on my leg. My partner was OK with the other masseuse.

Rated One only because my privacy was seriously violated. Massage Skills is on point. Masseurs attitude was really bad. We arrived 10 min early for our 4pm appointment. Immediately got to wash our feet and into the couple room. Getting undress and just then a min the staff asked if we are ready. We replied no we are not. 20 Seconds later was asked the same question and gave them same replied and 20 seconds later was asked the same questions and gave them them the same replied but this time no warning given and right walked in our masseurs and i was standing naked with my Boobs out looking right at them. I asked them why they walked in the older lady told me to take my time while she start on my partner. I was furious and felt violated and asked her again dont we have time to change? She replied once we are here massage starts. Sure i understand but are we not. given enough time to change? She argued again saying she have another appointment after us.Our conclusion was she was over booked and probably feeling overwhelmed and think it was ok to walkin in on us when we arent ready and make us feel the session was a quick one. I asked for names but unfortunately they go by number. So if you want a pleasant experience without being chased and feel relaxed avoid NO.86(Older lady).
