BEWARE. Extremely damaging experience. I debated writing this review, but I am reminded of this experience every time I look in the mirror. I went into the salon with long, dark, waist-length hair. What should have been a routine appointment turned into a very distressing experience. During the washing and treatment process, the hairdresser severely tangled my long hair, creating large, tight knots and matting across my head. The tangling was so extreme that, even after hours of attempts by multiple staff members, the knots could not be safely undone. As a result, large sections of hair on one side of my head had to be cut off to remove the tangles. Multiple staff members attempted to fix the situation, but only one appeared to have the experience needed to handle it properly. Unfortunately, repeated attempts made the tangling worse, leading to further hair loss. In addition to this, the colour result was not what I asked for. I requested a dark colour, but the final result was noticeably lighter and uneven, with lighter roots and visible grey hairs still present. The staff did apologize, but the damage had already been done. Hair takes years to grow, and this experience has been extremely upsetting. People with long, fine hair should be especially cautious before booking here.
