This spa is heaven. I did the signature facial for 90mins and it includes hot stone massage. My therapist was an amazing lady. I fell asleep the whole time. The massage and facial were fantastic. Definitely I'll come back again once I'm back in Bangkok. The price is also affordable for facial and massage together.. Thank you so much Amaranth Spa and Massage..🥰

We made advance reservations: my friend booked the Amaranth Signature Facial Treatment (฿1,300) and I originally planned to splurge on HIFU (฿5,000). It’s a short walk from Asoke station, using the side exit from Terminal 21, so the location is very convenient. What really impressed me was the honesty of the staff. When I asked if HIFU was suitable for me, they gave a firm but kind “no,” explaining that it was more appropriate for older clients and that I didn’t need it yet. They suggested I do the same treatment as my friend instead, saving me a huge ฿3,700. That kind of genuine, non-pushy advice is rare and very much appreciated. I was low on cash and initially wanted to pay by card, but was informed there would be a 3% foreign card fee, so we opted to pay in cash instead. It was good to know this upfront, so I’d recommend coming prepared with enough cash if possible. For the Amaranth Signature Facial Treatment, we were asked to change out of most of our clothes, keeping only our underwear, and given a sarong-style top/dress with elastic around the chest. The treatment started with a back massage while lying on our stomachs, and the best surprise for me was the extensive use of hot stones throughout the session—used for gentle scraping, placed on the lower back, neck, palms, and stomach. I love heat-based treatments, so this was a huge plus and made the whole experience extra relaxing. The facial portion had several steps (too many for me to remember), but I clearly recall one that smelled like cucumber, possibly a cucumber pack or mask. There was also a short steaming step to open up the pores, and my therapist even helped clear some stubborn spots on my forehead. My skin felt clean and refreshed afterwards, without any discomfort. I loved the hot stone parts so much that I’ve already decided in my head that if I ever come to Bangkok with my mum, I’ll bring her here for this treatment. Would I come back again myself? Absolutely, a resounding yes.

Amaranth Spa & Massage was such a pleasant and wonderful experience! When we walked in, they welcomed us and gave us slippers to wear. We had drinks in our hands and they offered to leave them in the fridge for us, which we thought was really nice. I did their Basic Facial Treatment and I never felt so much relief on my body and my face. It was 1,000 baht and I felt like they did above and beyond to make my experience well worth. They did extractions, face masks, herbal masks, as well as facial and body massages. The level of care they put into each part of the treatment and massages were great! They offered tea and water after our massages too. Their hospitality is amazing! I definitely recommend booking your spa treatments with them! It was so worth it and I would come back again.
