First time getting a haircut and colour done here. Very friendly and attentive service in recommending colour choices from my reference photos. It was easy to communicate on Line with their staff to make an appointment. Stylist Fon was skilled in haircut and colouring, even checking on the progress. All other assistants and staff at the salon were very friendly and quick in providing service. There was also continuous stream of customers for male and female style hair.

At first glance, the haircut looked good. But when I got home, I was horrified. The lengths on the right and left near my ears are uneven, with some random leftover hairs on my temples. The difference in length is very noticeable and stands out. I told the stylist I wanted to grow my hair out, and now I have to shave it all off. 😞🥺 Edit. I am literally sitting right now, and very sad. This haircut ruined the whole Sunday. And I will wear a cap the next three months. Why did you do that? ☹️ And the massage..are you professional? Because now I feel pain in my back when I turn my neck. Edit 2. After massage, at home, I started feeling pain in my back, and then I fell asleep, even though it was morning and I had slept through the night. After I woke up, the pain didn’t go away, so I decided to make an appointment with a doctor.
