This is a very beautiful hotel. It's lush, fragrant, and clean. The service from all the staff, including the security guards, is excellent. I give it 5 stars based on my experience. The standard was very good, except for one male staff member who wore glasses and looked unwelcoming, but that was only a small minority.

The atmosphere is pleasant, shady, and beautifully decorated. Soft music plays, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are courteous and attentive. The massage is excellent and relaxing, typical Anantara style. Cold drinks and snacks are served before and after the massage. Hot drinks and snacks are also available. Absolutely delicious!

I had the opportunity to try their Rice Spa package, which included a rice scrub and a rice hot-pressed massage, priced at around B$6,000 (taxes included). Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing session, and I appreciated the care provided by the staff. That said, I personally felt the overall experience could have reflected a bit more of a luxurious touch, especially at this price point. Having visited various massage parlours, I feel similar levels of service might be available elsewhere at a lower cost. Still, there is nothing negative about this place, this is simply my personal impression and experience.
