The layout of the bar was definitely the pretty kind. Drinks wise ordered two cocktails, they were pretty much of the chill side to consume. Nothing to crazy “WOW factor” but it’s good if you wanna have a more relaxed night out.

This was our last night in Bangkok and I am so happy we stopped by Ang Yi! The bar is tucked away in one of the streets and you really have to look for the door ;) All the drinks were phenomenal and are thoughtful, curated, and most importantly delicious! Art was our bartender tonight and did a great job, and gave us amazing recommendations.

Negative Reviews
The bartender gave off a feeling like he didn’t want to welcome customers, and I noticed he treated other customers the same way. I also saw customers who had walked in and were already seated leave the establishment immediately after asking the bartender about the menu. I guess they must have felt this utterly depressing welcome as well. I understand that if you’re having a bad day, your mood might not be fully focused on work, but it’s not right and it’s not appropriate to treat customers that way. You should be mature enough to separate the two. If you don’t improve in this area and continue showing dissatisfaction when customers ask about cocktails, your life will never develop, will never change, and you’ll stay right where you are. You have no idea that when you learn to be grateful and appreciate what you still have in your life each day, it can bring unexpected opportunities to you without you hardly realizing it, if you learn how to communicate as a bartender professionally.
