I have been visiting Apex Clinic in multiple locations across Thailand for some time and have never had any issue using my valid Thai driving license as my ID. It was also accepted and recorded in my patient records during previous visits. During my most recent visit, one staff member did not mention any problem with my ID, but another staff member was quite rude and insisted that only a passport was acceptable. There was no clear explanation, and the way it was communicated felt unprofessional and inconsistent. As a result, I had no choice but to leave without receiving the service, since the staff refused to proceed without a passport. This was very disappointing, especially as a returning patient with an existing record. I fully understand if clinic policies change, but the rules should be applied consistently and explained politely, especially for returning patients whose identification has already been accepted previously. I hope the clinic can improve communication and customer service at the reception desk to ensure a more respectful and consistent experience for patients.

Just an overall unpleasant experience. First they had no record of our appointment despite it being confirmed by email three weeks previous. Second we couldn’t receive the facial treatment together at the same time as was agreed by email. The location looks run down. The staff was not professional. The last straw was that they would not take Amex despite there being a big sign on the door that said they did accept Amex. At that point we left without treatment. It was not the customer service I expect from a professional clinic in Bangkok. There are much better places to go!
