Not impressed since the booking, staff who picked up the phone didn’t seem to care and everything was in a rush. I had a lot of expectation for this branch. Usually I use the service from Rama9, and everything is very nice.

False advertisement. "Free Consultation" on their website is false. Its not free. Its a 1000 THB deposit, that you will not get back, unless you do an actual treatment. Deceptive.

Done my hair transplant there around 2018, they done a pretty bad job, cost 7000+ usd for 2000 graphs and they left two big gaps causing to be all messed up, all hair was implanted in the wrong way and hair doesn’t look natural at all since it goes against the remaining of my hair. I’d not recommend to no one. They done a bad job and lied saying the “hair will grow” in the gaps were they didn’t implant it which never did. Besides. Was quite expensive for what it was. I’d not recommend at all.
