THIS VENUE DOES NOT TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS THE SAME. Whether it was due to poor internal communication or unconscious bias, what happened on 22 November 2025 around 11:00–11:10 pm was unacceptable. My friend was denied entry because he was wearing a tank top. We respected that — policies are policies. But moments later, another guest was allowed in despite violating two clearly stated dress-code rules posted at the entrance: no flip-flops and no shorts. Both were visibly written on the door signage. When I asked staff why the rules were applied so differently, the explanation suddenly shifted. The manager came to me and explained that he had changed the policy to permit open shoes and shorts — despite the signage still stating otherwise. So which is it? Was this a convenient, last-minute excuse to cover up an inconsistency? Or was my Asian friend held to a stricter standard while a white guest was given a pass? Whatever the reason, it reflects poorly on the establishment. Clear rules should apply to everyone, without exception.
