I came last minute as a walk in, it was the hair dresser’s birthday and he was leaving early- but still let me get my haircut and did a great job! I would come back! Very affordable

My first balayage experience at Bank Hair Center was amazing 🤍 The stylist paid attention to every detail, from choosing the perfect color to making sure my hair stayed healthy and beautiful. The result turned out even better than I expected soft, classy, and luxurious ❤️❤️

I came here to cut a little bit of my hair and I went out so happy with the result, they are extremely professional since the moment of washing and massaging my hair until the end, I will definitely comeback more times! I love it! I saw the promotion at GoWabi and I pay only 400bath for this beautiful result! I highly recommend!!! 😍

First, I want to say that I had no issue with the service. And purely from the perspective of the haircut itself, I don't think you did a bad job. However, I have a major point of confusion. My hair is permed, and I felt it had gotten a bit too long and was becoming tangled at the ends. So, I wanted to get it trimmed a bit shorter. I explained this to the stylist when I arrived. The confusing part started after I washed my hair. The stylist proceeded to blow-dry it completely straight before even starting to cut. Since it was my first time getting a haircut in Thailand, I wasn't sure if this was the usual practice. Then, after the cut was finished, they seemed prepared to use a flat iron to straighten it even more. At that point, I stopped them. I explained that I don't like straight hair; I have permed hair because that's what I prefer. I told them I wanted my hair to look more natural. It's possible that there was a communication issue since my Thai is not very good. At the time, they did stop using the flat iron. However, they continued to use a comb and the blow dryer to straighten my hair. My main confusion is: since my hair is permed, why straighten it before cutting? If you straighten it first, the shape you cut will not match how my hair naturally looks, because after I wash it, it will revert to its curly state again. I understand that after the cut and blow-dry, my hair would eventually return to its curly state after my next wash. But seeing my curls gone and my hair straight made me feel quite anxious. I had originally planned to go out for lunch after the haircut, but I completely lost my appetite. All I could think about was going home to wash my hair and get my curls back.
