This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I chose this massage shop because it is very close to my hotel. On the first day, the therapist was excellent. She knew exactly how to apply the right pressure, understood my body condition, and even though she was not feeling well, she still worked very professionally and seriously. I was very satisfied with the service, which is why I decided to return the next day. Unfortunately, the therapist from the first day was not available, and I was assigned to a different one. This second experience was extremely disappointing. The pressure was incredibly weak — it honestly felt like my three-year-old niece was pressing on me. During the session, the therapist even walked away without explanation, the massage did not last the full hour, and the techniques showed a clear lack of skill and professionalism. She kept pulling and pressing the same spot repeatedly without any clear understanding of proper massage techniques. I feel that I completely wasted my money and an hour of my time. The service quality between therapists is very inconsistent. I strongly suggest better staff training and time management to ensure customers receive the service they pay for.

Bad experience with the receptionist. I came the day before, and I had a very nice therapist. Therefore, one day after, I came back and asked for the same massage therapist. She was busy, so I was told by the reception to come back in an hour. So did I. When I came back, the receptionist imposed, without any explanation, another person. Therefore, I had to decline it. The person in charge of the customer should be listening to his wishes. That seems very reasonable. Especially when it comes to health services.
