Overall experience was okay Pro's: Very nice shop and private rooms were very nice and clean Con's: Trimmer used was quite loud, for this price point I would expect better, quieter equipment for a more relaxing experience. Attention to detail was a bit lacking. Again, at this price point I expect everything to be just right without me pointing out areas that need attention. Living in Chit Lom area I will visit another shop before returning here.

A-mazing barber experience. I should have asked for more than a basic style cut. So classy. So welcoming. So professional. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Bangkok.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I expect so much better from a high end barber where I'm paying 1,200 THB for a shave. First of all the "Grand Shave" took way too long (50 minutes vs. the advertised 35). It was clear the barber didn't know what he was doing. He cut me multiple times and his technique was poor, leaving my skin extremely irritated. Finally, somehow the entire back of my shirt around my neck area was soaked by the end. The manager apologized and refunded me, which I appreciate.
