I like the product and service, good value too. Only thing to improve is probably their reservation process, has to call the branch or ask on line 1-2 days in advance

Great service! The place looks and feels clean. The staff is helpful, polite, and can speak basic English. You get your hair treated with or without coloring. You also get some light massage on your shoulders and head. You finish with your hair washed couple times and a blow-dry. The end process doesn't include gel, wax, spray, etc. so you can bring your own product care. They will be more than happy to help with it.

I always have a pleasant experience everytime I come here which must be more than 20 times already. My hair loss problem has been improved significantly after my regular visits. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love their natural products but my most favorite part is their head massage. Highly recommend!
