Female, Thai 29 years old, decided to get the second dose of Allergan Botox 100 unit after 1 year , focused on my forehead, 2 months and 2 weeks, my forehead still has wrinkles. My jaw muscles didn’t get smaller and still have wrinkles on my nose and eyes. The outcome is ineffective. came here every quarter but today’s been the worst experience ever. Bad service mind and time management. Very confusing work flow. Been waiting for almost 2 hours for nothing. Very disappointed and would rather go to other clinics with the same packages that providing better services and treatment.

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I went to this clinic for a dermPen procedure left with scars and hyperpigmentation. I was not seen by a doctor was not given after care instructions and the so called esthetician had no prior training. This place is a joke, avoid at all costs.
