Today, I had the opportunity to visit the Siriraj branch of Ho Waen Optical. I brought my new frame and my old lenses for them to grind and assemble into the new frame. I must say, I was very impressed. The staff provided excellent advice, were polite, and paid attention to detail. The job was completed quickly, and the result was perfect. The glasses fit the frame perfectly. What impressed me most was that the store provided this service free of charge, even though I brought my own frame and lenses. This showed their care and service beyond my expectations. If you're looking for an optical shop with excellent service, attentive customers, and genuine assistance, I highly recommend this store.

Today I visited the Ho Waen (Eyeglasses Store) branch at Siriraj Hospital because my lens had come out of the frame. All the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. One particular staff member even helped put a new lens in for me, free of charge! I was extremely impressed. I highly recommend this eyeglasses store to anyone looking for one.

The staff provided excellent service. The technician was very skilled; they were able to straighten the glasses that had been crushed back to their original condition. Truly amazing!
