  Started my Invisalign here and so far it’s been a good experience. The clinic is clean, parking’s easy, and the staff are really helpful with follow-ups. I saw lots of Invisalign boxes around, so feels like they’ve got plenty of cases and know what they’re doing. Price is fair with a clear timeline, and now I’m just excited to see the results in the next 10 months. ——— **[10-Month Update]** I am updating my review after completing my initial treatment plan to provide a more comprehensive reflection of my experience. When I signed up, I opted for the extra plan which was presented as including refinements if the initial results weren't fully satisfactory. (They do offer a 39k promotional plan, but it came with conditions and excludes refinements). After completing my first set of 20 aligners, some gaps still remain and further adjustments are needed. There’s an additional fee for rescanning and ordering the new refinement lot (anyway, the new set of refined aligners are already included in the plan). Including various miscellaneous costs along the way, there’s around 5k additional fees on top of the original plan—and this does not yet include the post-treatment retainers. Regarding the clinical care, I once met with the dentist during the initial consultation, scanning, and treatment planning phase. The explanation provided at the time was quite brief. For all subsequent visits—including the placement of attachments, progress monitoring, and the final check of the first 20 sets—the care was delivered entirely by dental assistants. In conclusion, this clinic delivers the service, but it is important for prospective patients to be aware that you may not see the doctor during your routine visits, and you should anticipate additional miscellaneous costs beyond the base package price. Btw, staffs are wonderful.

  I had a good experience doing Invisalign with Dr. Balloon and the team. From day one, they made the whole process easy to understand and were always welcome to answer any questions I had. The aligners were way more comfortable than I expected, and it was really cool to see my teeth gradually getting straighter. Now that I’m almost done, still have 2 sets to go. I can't wait to see the final result how my smile looks when it's done!
