I came to this barber shop expecting a simple, routine line-up and instead had a very disappointing experience. What should have been a basic service was mishandled almost immediately. The barber trimmed one side of my beard significantly lower than the other, despite clear expectations, and then continued with an uneven shave that only made the problem worse. The final result was visibly asymmetrical, poorly blended, and far from acceptable by any professional standard. When I calmly explained that I was unhappy with the outcome, the situation became uncomfortable. There was no meaningful attempt to acknowledge the issue, correct the mistakes, or offer reassurance. The atmosphere turned awkward and silent, which only added to the frustration of the experience. Most concerning was the complete lack of accountability, no apology, no effort to make it right, and no discount offered for what was clearly substandard work. For a service that cost 350 baht (nearly 11 USD), the quality was simply not there. This pricing would suggest a basic level of skill and professionalism, neither of which were demonstrated. Between the uneven result, the poor handling of feedback, and the high cost relative to the outcome, I cannot recommend this barber shop. There are far better options available, and I genuinely regret choosing this one.
