Almost 3 years for me here, clean facilities and exemplary service. This location is highly convenient, situated just a 15-minute walk from BTS station or shopping mall, 5 minutes for driving to highway, spacious parking and an adequately equipped fitness. The surrounding environment remains tranquil and conducive to relaxation, reasonable price👍😍

Very nice rooms with real wooden furniture and a reasonable price. We have stayed here almost 10 years and we feel at home. The service is very good. All staff are very nice and very helpful, especially the building manager. We feel very lucky to stay here. The apartment has improve a lot over the years like the washing machine and dryer area. The location is very quiet and not too far from the BTS and only about 400 meters from Sukhumvit road.

I had a really disappointing experience ( 1 year contract). The service was poor, and the water quality was terrible — both in the showers and the washing machines. After using the shower, my skin felt itchy and uncomfortable, which is really concerning. As for the washing machine, I had to run it twice just to get my clothes properly clean. Definitely not what I expected. **Would not recommend.
