Went today to get gel + extensions and I’m SO happy with the results! The shop was super easy to find, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They took great care and really knew what they were doing. Love love love how my nails turned out 💅 💅 💅 ✨ 💖 I had my nails done here again about a month ago and they still look amazing. The photo with the cream nails & star design is a month after I got them done. The shape, the color, everything stayed perfect with zero chipping.

Absolutely amazing experience at Browbar Bangkok! I came for a manicure and pedicure, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The lovely artist Fah was so detailed and attentive — she understood exactly what I wanted and made my nails look flawless. Her precision and patience are truly impressive! Also they have amazing selection of nail colors — it’s impossible not to find your perfect shade! The salon itself is very clean, tidy, and relaxing, which makes the whole experience even better. The admin was also super kind and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. It’s not easy to find such professional service and care, but Browbar Bangkok really exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality nails and great hospitality in Bangkok!

Very disappointing experience. We were late to our appointment because we were involved in a car accident on the way. We informed the clinic immediately and even showed them a video beforehand as proof of the situation. Instead of showing any empathy or understanding, they were completely inflexible. When we arrived, they said they could only offer a basic wax service — which is not the service we originally booked and paid for. On top of that, they refunded only half of our advance payment, even though the delay was due to an emergency and we had informed them in advance. The lack of compassion and poor customer service was extremely upsetting. I would not recommend this clinic.
