it is not bad but definitely not good enough. After the spa my hair is shining and at the first half I almost fell asleep until the massager almost got water into my ear and second time she got the foam into my ear. I got very uptight and worried about the third time. And the massager didnt say a sorry. As this place is a professional head spa, this shouldnt have happened. It is like an accident. Quite ruined the experience and mood. Other things should also improve: 1. The music is good but too loud. 2. The aroma oil smells cheap and chemistry.
