  Dope experience! I actually stopped because of the server—the vibe he gave off as I was walking by caught my attention and made me curious about the place. He invited me in, and I’m glad I followed the vibe. The bartender was amazing. I literally sat there watching the care he took creating my drink, and you can tell this really is his art. Watching him work was part of the experience. The service was exactly my speed too. No one hovered or stood over me. I could just exist in the space, enjoy my drink, take everything in, and create. And the MUSIC?! AMAZING. 😂 I literally created an entire playlist sitting there because I kept hearing songs I wanted to add. Great drinks, dope people, amazing music, and a vibe that lets you just be. Cat on the Roof was an unexpected little gem at MBK Center.

  On my day of visit, the band is a solo piece. Started early at 8 plus. A nice place that is suitable for talking. The band is not too loud. Service is good. Accept credit card.

  Cat on the Roof MBK in Bangkok is a rooftop restaurant with open-air city views and live music that gives it a lively, easygoing feel. I had the pad thai, which came with a nice balance of sweetness and heat, and a grilled pork salad that was fresh with a good spicy kick. Service was friendly, and the terrace makes it a comfortable place to linger. Prices run higher than street spots, but for the view and atmosphere it’s best enjoyed as an evening break after shopping at MBK.
