I paid 7500 baht to get highlight that doesn't even show up on my hair. My first day they gave me blonde colour, which is not the colour that I want. I have to go back the second day to get rid of my blonde hair and instead I get all brown blueish colour with no highligh visible. I already showed them the picture reference, I thought language barrier is the problem here, but on second day I still couldn't see a visible highlights. Very sad that I wasted almost 6 hours for nothing and my hair is so brittle now. Very disappointed with the result, but in the end I have to accepted it, brown blueish is better than blonde. Although, their customer service is really good, but good customer service couldn't top up the disappointment with the result. I hope they could do better in the future!

Went for a simple wash and blow dry. But the outcome was not good. Even though two people did the job and costed a bit more then regular salons, the job was not done well. Disappointed.

Service was okay though my haircut was umm quite okay nothing special ! But it surprised me when out of gratitude I tipped Mr. Toss here for the haircut he demanded I pay the shampoo girl too and was very forceful in getting me to tip her as well , so the haircut now apparently costed me much more. This left a very unpleasant feeling and memory, I thought having a haircut in Bangkok will be a highlight instead left me with a foul aftertaste! Regrets !!
