We booked a 90-minute signature facial for two people via Line. The venue was grand and luxurious. The receptionist was polite and helpful. We were given a survey to fill out, similar to those used before a massage, to inform the beautician about any specific concerns. However, it was odd that only one of us was required to complete it. The treatment room, located upstairs, was clean and comfortable. The facial included both the face and neck. My beautician kept coughing and had to step out every 10 minutes to do so. She apologized, and I felt sorry for her as well. The disappointment was that we both finished at the same time, and I didn’t see the purpose of the survey from the front desk. Overall, we both felt our skin was softer after the treatment. We live in Ratchathewi, so the location is convenient for us.
