Chill Out Bar On Nut

Chill Out Bar has potential but seems to have lost focus on its customers. The atmosphere is friendly enough, yet the staff appear more interested in socialising among themselves than serving guests. On several visits, I noticed off-duty staff and even the cashier drinking at the bar. While that might be common in some places, it gives the wrong impression when paying customers are left unattended. It feels less like a customer-centred business and more like a private hangout for friends and family. This might explain why both locals and tourists receive little attention. Training and basic service awareness would make a huge difference here. The location and setup could easily attract a steady flow of regulars if managed with more structure and professionalism. I hope the management takes this as constructive feedback. There’s real opportunity to turn this place around with the right approach.
