Chilling House Café

After enjoying Khao Soi for dinner and spending some time roaming around the malls, we met up with my brother, who has been living in Bangkok for the past eight years. It turned into such a lovely get-together. We ordered a variety of dishes, but my absolute favorite was the squid. There was also a fish dish I really liked, though I can’t recall the exact name. To go with the food, we had Chang Beer, a popular local beer of Thailand. It was smooth, easy to drink, and surprisingly light — no hangover the next morning. The vibe of the restaurant was amazing — energetic, vibrant, and perfect for a relaxed evening. Definitely a go-to place I’d recommend if you want to chill out in Bangkok.

Large restaurant/bar right next to Ratchathewi BTS. Really enjoyed the pork shoulder Korean style. The spicy wings were a disappointing, bit soggy and certainly not spicy. Still I'm sure will be back at some point.

​I really enjoyed the vibe at this place. They have a huge drink menu and the live band was top-notch, making for a super fun evening. Just a heads-up that the service can be a little slow and there might be a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff. But honestly, for a good time with friends, it's worth the wait!
