Cannot speak for the food as we didn’t have any. However the service up on the rooftop from Noom is second to none. We happened upon the place while walking around and went in for one beer but ended up staying for the gracious and attentive service. The kindness, conversation and attitude from Noom was wonderful. Thank you so much!
