Cielo Sky Bar & Restaurant

Cielo occupies a rooftop on Sukhumvit with outdoor sofas, dim lighting, and wide city views. The setting suits long, unhurried evenings — tables are well-spaced, drinks well-made, and the multi-course format works well for couples or small groups.
