CigarOne

Visited this place for the second time on Sunday night. The staff seems to brought in her group of friends (my guess from the way they talked). They talked really REALLY loud, took charge of the TV remote control and played crappy songs loudly (makes me feel like I was in a cheap bar), and also smoked their own vape. Totally ruined the atmosphere, I would rather smoke at home than pay extra $$$ for this kind of service and atmosphere.

Unprofessional staff bought in their friend gang who were all shouting, smoking vapes and fighting over control of the TV screen like children Couldn’t even hear each other because if their voices Super disappointed, especially because my first visit was great. When I visit a cigar lounge, I should at least be able to enjoy a cigar in peace. They need to educate their staff (and their friends) on basic decency

The name is misleading. CigarOne is a great website from Switzerland where you can order cigars from all over the world including Cuban cigars by the box and have them shipped to you. This is a small cocktail lounge with no walk in humidor that allows cigar smoking and sells a few popular Cuban brands... It is nice inside and the bartender was very nice but a cigar lounge, it is not.
