All the staff are very professional. The hairstylist is very competent and patient. She gave me the style I requested and she showed me how to style my hair at home easily. The staff who translated for me is very friendly and kind. The scalp detox was really relaxing. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely come back to Cocochi whenever I need a haircut in Bangkok.

I’ve been their regular customer for over 6 years. Always received a warm welcome from the hairdressers and staff members each visit. Excellent Digital Perm work. Reasonable price beyond my expectation! 10/10

Everyone was polite and friendly overall very comfortable atmosphere. The hairdresser did a great job with the haircut and Im really satisfied. She listened to my request and offered recommendation which suits best for my hair. The hair wash feels good and refreshing. Definitely recommend bc its worth it :)

I booked an appointment to do curl perm. I stayed for about 10 seconds including when they looked at my hair briefly to say they couldn't do it coz I *bleached* my hair. Yes, my hair was dyed but not bleached. But that could easily be fixed by asking me to send photos beforehand and save everyone's time (I asked but they said i didn't need to send). They didn't even touch it to see if they were healthy or not. Not sure what kind of strong chemical they're using that would mess it up. Went to another place instead and got it done fine without them being damaged like they said so.
