I decided to get a haircut and keratin treatment when in Bangkok and found this salon on Google because of its strong reviews. I made an appointment through LINE and also stopped by in person beforehand to confirm the quote. I booked a package for a haircut and keratin treatment for 3,000 baht. My stylist was Gift, with assistance from Tu and Nid. The entire process took about two and a half hours. Gift cut about four inches off my hair and shaped it nicely. Nid washed my hair, and both Tu and Nid helped apply the keratin treatment. They then blow-dried and carefully flat-ironed my hair. I’m happy with the result — my hair looks smoother, healthier, and the cut feels fresh and polished. I hope it lasts for three months. What sets this salon apart are the thoughtful details. They let you choose a drink (soda or tea) and even offer a snack. During the treatment, they placed a protective shield on my forehead to prevent the solution from dripping into my eyes, which I really appreciated. They also covered my ears with protective guards while ironing to prevent burns — a small detail, but it shows care and professionalism. Everyone was friendly and there was no upselling, which I value. There is a bit of a language barrier, but Google Translate makes communication easy. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this salon if you’re in the Siam area looking for a quality keratin treatment at a fair price. They accept Visa card card was a plus!

Had a great experience at Color Ritz. I chanced upon this salon which is conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk from Siam BTS. I went for premium full colour hair dyeing + treatment. The receptionist was helpful in advising which colours were achievable without bleaching. My stylist, AB, communicated clearly in simple English to confirm the look I wanted and recommended and affirmed me a shade that suited my skin tone. The haircut, colouring and treatment were done meticulously, and the entire experience was very comfortable — I even fell asleep during the treatment. Thank you to AB, Nit, and the team for the excellent service. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Bangkok 😉😉

Great experience here! My mother is Thai and I am from the USA. We visited Thailand and I wanted to get a haircut. Saw the many reviews here about how great the stylists are and it is true! I had a wonderful hair wash before getting my hair cut. And even though there was a language barrier P'Gift kindly worked with me to create the exact cut I wanted. Everyone is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and talented. I Will definitely return!
