I had my wisdom tooth extracted using the drilling method, and it was painless. Dr. Sutida has a very gentle touch. I didn't experience much pain after the surgery either; I only needed to take paracetamol twice. The service was also excellent and very impressive.

After-Hours Dental Clinic at Chulalongkorn Hospital (Than Jai Rak Research Building) If you need dental treatment in the evening (after 5:00 PM), please note that the after-hours dental clinic has moved to the new Than TaRak Research Building (ตึกทันตรักษ์วิจัย). Steps for Your Visit: Ground Floor (Reception): Submit your Thai ID card (or Passport) or your appointment slip at the reception desk. Wait for your name to be called, then take your blood pressure and submit the printed blood pressure slip to the staff. Wait to be called again to get directed to the 4th floor. 4th Floor (Dental Clinic): Take the elevator up to the 4th floor to meet your dentist. Important Note for First-Time Patients: In-Person Appointment Required: If you are a new patient, you generally need to visit in person to make your first appointment, as an initial dental X-ray is usually required on your first visit. If I'm not wrong☝🏻 Call First: It is strongly recommended to call the hospital to double-check their requirements and availability before heading over.

CUSDC Chulalongkorn Special Dental Clinic is the appointment that turned into a waiting game nobody signed up for 🦷😤 Booked for 6 PM, arrived early around 5, handed in the appointment card, got blood pressure checked, and still was not called up to the second floor by 5:55. That is already a long wait for a scheduled visit. The queue system felt broken. Staff said upstairs was crowded, but walking up to check showed it was not that busy at all 🙄 When asked why we had not been called, nobody really listened. They just stood there with the card and told us to go up to floor 2. No clear explanation, no proper update, just the runaround. For a dental clinic with appointments, this kind of delay and dismissive handling is rough. The service experience was poor from the moment we asked about the wait. If this is normal, the queue management needs a serious fix. I would think twice before booking again unless the appointment system actually works. Came early for a 6 PM slot, left annoyed and still waiting. Not the smooth clinic visit anyone wants.

The admins at Line @cusdc are absolutely lazy and incompetent. They refuse to use their brain to think and read the messages. You will bang your head against the wall repeating the same request while they take 5 hours and reply later then they forgot what they read previously. And when you get annoyed by it, they will then act like little children and instead of correcting their mistakes, they will ignore you. Immature and childish. They should go look for a different job if they can’t help customers.
