  I loved this place!! Found them on a whim and couldn’t be more happy. They paid great attention to detail and had great communication with us, especially since we are tourists.   I did the PREMIUM SPA treatment pedicure for 900 bath So worth she really deep cleaning my feet But they have 1 person available unless the other person isn’t busy with lashes I got lost you need come inside a building and go upstairs They are on the very top floor They are very sweet we entered they gave water and offered us coffee and gave us snacks

  Don't be fooled by all the good reviews. They basically give u 10% discount if u write them a google review. Also they only have 2 staffs working and service is extremely slow. I am a tourist and it took 4 hours just to do my pedicure gel and manicure gel with design. Wasted half of my day here.. They are short staffed and they left my feet wrapped up for more than 1 hour so they can proceed with another customer. Also they are not very knowledgeable in terms of their skills and colors selection is very limited. As u can see my pedicure gel white color was painted very unevenly and the staff did not even ask if I was satisfied and just left me out like this and moved to another customer

  Totally unhappy. Asked for the signature mani and pedi which is priced at 1300 THB, but was charged 2080 THB afterwards. At that point they told me nail polish was 350 extra and whatever other stuff, none of which I asked for or approved or even knew what they were. I had to go catch my boat and didn’t have the time so I paid and left unhappy. The entire communication about service involved me pointing to a line “signature mani and pedi 1300” and a girl showing me 10 colors of polish to choose. I think they took advantage of me. And I got the worst nail polish of my life. I don’t know what stuff they used but they just won’t dry. They did mani and pedi together and the entire process was over 2 hours. They use hair dryer for drying. I am sorry about the photo of the toe nails but who could believe this was the result of 2000+ thb treatment?! The photos were taken at the pier, right after I left the salon.
