  I highly recommend this clinic, the staff are nice and friendly, the clinic is clean, and the waiting area is cozy and comfy, it's not crowded usually, but it is better to take an appointment beforehand, I came to put on braces and after 1 year and a half i was surprised with the results, my teeth are perfect now and I'm not embarrassed of my teeth anymore. I highly recommend giving this clinic a visit

  The dental work was poorly done, so I contacted the clinic to schedule a repair. The first time, I waited half a month for the appointment, then waited another hour at the clinic, only to be told the doctor forgot about my appointment. I had to reschedule again. On the second appointment, I waited two hours at the clinic before the doctor finally arrived. On the third visit, they made a new dental crown for me, but it was still poorly done, so I had to book yet another appointment. This time I waited two weeks, the clinic confirmed the appointment with me yesterday and called again today to reconfirm — but just when I was about to leave for the clinic, they suddenly told me the doctor had gone home. Is this really how this clinic treats its customers? The doctor’s poor skills have already forced me to go through multiple repairs and repeated appointments. And every time there is either a missed appointment, endless waiting, or the doctor decides to leave early even though the patient is already on the way. Is this what you call professional service? Is this the kind of work ethic I should expect here in Thailand? Perhaps this is a dental clinic that practices racial discrimination, treating international guests differently. We foreigners shouldn't come here.
