  First time trying mask collagen. It’s a 5 step facial treatment. The therapist who did my facial was really friendly and explain every single steps.   My wife and I specifically visited DK Clinic Ratchada in Bangkok for a “deep facial cleansing,” and it turned into an extremely disappointing and honestly infuriating experience. My wife clearly explained that she has visible blackheads and oil buildup on her nose and wanted a deep cleanse focusing on the nose area. The receptionist was friendly and patiently introduced the treatments, highlighting sebum and blackhead removal, which convinced us to go ahead and pay 1,899 THB plus a 3% credit card fee (total 1,955.97 THB). However, the actual service did not match the description at all. The staff member barely performed any real “deep cleansing” and mostly just applied layer after layer of products, more like a basic moisturizing facial. Even after my wife reconfirmed that she wanted deep cleansing focusing on her nose, the therapist only did a very superficial treatment there, and her skin looked almost the same as before, aside from a temporary glow that you can easily achieve at home with regular skincare. As international customers, we were met with polite smiles but did not feel any real professionalism or attention to our needs, which made the experience feel misleading for the price and promises made. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was a waste of time and money with no visible results, and would not recommend this clinic to anyone seriously looking for proper deep cleansing and blackhead removal.
