About
An Ekkamai hair salon with a loyal following built over years rather than hype. The stylists handle color and cuts with practiced hands, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the pricing stays reasonable for the quality delivered.

I’ve been coming to this salon for two years and haven’t gone anywhere else. I love the service, and the hairstylists are really skilled. I’m impressed every time I come. The atmosphere is great too. You’ve got to try it!

A nice, upscaled hair salon with several branches in city’s center on key roads/locations. Good, attentive service. Free drinks while being pampered. Free parking near by. What’s not to like?

Negative Reviews
Ignored the picture I provided and proceeded to cut in a very generic and simplified manner. The stylist didn’t even layer the cut, creating a mum-at-home bowl-like feel rather than a professional haircut. Do not recommend for western people/males.

Very Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience - Not Foreigner-Friendly I visited this salon for the first time today and I have to share my very disappointing experience. Most staff, including the hairstylists, don't speak English. There was one receptionist who could speak a little. When I walked in, she asked if I had an appointment. I said no, and she said it was okay. She then asked what I wanted, and I told her I wanted my hair straightened and then cut short. She called a hairstylist and they talked in Thai. Because my hair is bleached, I wanted to ask about the straightening process and explained that I can't use a straightening iron. During this conversation, the staff seemed impatient. Then, they showed me a LINE QR code and said they couldn't do it today, and that I had to make an appointment for tomorrow. I told them this was very unprofessional because they first said it was okay, but then changed their mind, wasting my time. They then said that because I was asking these questions, the hairstylist felt nervous and didn't want to cut my hair anymore! I asked them, "Are you telling me there's only one hairstylist in this entire salon?" As a foreigner, I think it's completely normal to want to understand the hair treatment process, especially when there's a language barrier. Extremely unprofessional and not friendly to non-Thai speakers. Sharing my honest experience for your reference.
