About

A Japanese-style onsen on Sukhumvit with mineral water pools at 41°C and a steam sauna. Entry includes kimono, towels, and flip-flops. Food is available on-site, and the welcome lime drink sets a relaxed tone from the moment you arrive.

The place was very clean and of a very good standard!!! But no massage. The pool has mineral water at 41 degrees Celsius and a steam sauna. You get two towels, a kimono, and flip-flops: included in the price. The bar upstairs doesn't serve alcohol. However, I was most dissatisfied with the massage. I chose the Thai massage, which was very poor, and they even charged me a 200 Baht tip upon leaving. Absolutely impertinent.

Came on a weekday 6pm, less than 5 people and when I left at 730, there were probably 15-20 people. Mostly Thai, average to skinny fat body type and they look like middle age 30+ years old. The dressing area is blinding bright with the white overhead light that feels like in an office. The upper floor where the maze and the chase areas are also brightly lit that makes the place bizarre and uncomfortable for any action. And there’s only one massage chair which is sad and lonely. The management need to reconfigure the space to make it more cruisy and cozy, have more dim and warm lights and more areas to chill. The steam room good with strong steam and maze layout and that’s where most actions happen as the upper floor maze is dead cold. 250thb for entry is the cheapest in the area but just low price won’t keep the doors open, make this place fun not sterile.

I had a very disappointing experience at this spa. What is advertised as a spa is, in reality, a small pool and a small steam room. The overall atmosphere is uncomfortable: the showers are cold, and the air conditioning is blasting everywhere, making it hard to relax. One positive aspect worth highlighting is that this spa clearly serves as a welcoming space for the Asian community, and I genuinely believe places like this are important and should exist. That said, as a non-Asian/foreigner, I personally felt quite disconnected, with very little engagement or interaction, which made the experience uncomfortable for me. This is not necessarily a flaw, but it would be helpful if this was communicated more clearly in advance so expectations are aligned. I strongly do not recommend the massage. It is expensive and extremely poor in quality. The masseur’s touch felt unintentional and mechanical, with no sense of technique, or passion. It did not feel professional and was absolutely not worth the price. Overall, the experience is far too expensive for what is offered, with no clear justification for the cost. To be fair, the person at the front desk did try to handle the situation professionally and offered a discount. I appreciate the effort, but unfortunately the experience itself was so disappointing that I have no intention of returning. I am sharing this review so others can make an informed decision before booking.

The bar was very slow in handling things. I waited around 15 minutes for the so-called free tea set (which was just cutting some bread), and that was still not done. I didn’t mind waiting if everything was done in order and everyone had to wait the same. However, two customers came after me, and their set was prepared in less than five minutes. When I asked, I only got a brief apology and was told to continue waiting. I can wait, but not following the proper order and failing to take timely action when mistakes happen is quite disappointing. (To be honest, there weren’t many customers at all—so why is it still so difficult to get things done properly?) Two stars. One for the friendly counter staff, and one for the fairly clean environment. Nothing more.
