the roasted wagyu beef is surprisingly tender and tasty, as well as the sauce; the crème brûlée is great too! there are some other decent choices for the lunch buffet, the service is a little bit off during the peak hours, yet it’s a pretty good and fun dining experience in general

Travel Cafe Eat Drink - Malaysia & Asia Pretty reasonable buffet spread in Novotel Foodexchange Restaurant, Nana. Price is reasonable . Food selection is quite alright for this price where you get ; mains, sushi, salad, desserts,cakes and fusion dishes too.

One of the best international buffets in BKK! The entree changes daily, the day I went was Australian wagyu beef that the chef personally seared. Wide selection of international food, including sushi, seafood, salads, salami & cheese, thai food, and indian food. There is a coffee machine, fresh juices, and sodas available. The pancake bar is awesome with fresh buttermilk pancakes. The chocolate cake is to die for! 5 layers of chocolatey goodness. The price is only 490 baht on Eatigo or HungryHub. The service staff are super nice, friendly, and service oriented. You gotta eat here it's the best!

We stopped by Food Exchange Café in Novotel Sukhumvit 4 just to collect our welcome drinks, and while we didn’t dine in, the experience was a mixed bag. First impressions: The café has a bright, modern vibe with a semi-open kitchen and stylish seating—definitely a nice environment for a hotel café. However, despite a few staff members noticing us as we walked in, no one approached or greeted us for a solid few minutes. A bit surprising for a hotel-affiliated spot, where service is usually more attentive. Once we got our drinks—a coconut and an iced coffee, they were refreshing and well-made. No complaints there! Verdict: 3/5 ✔️ Nice ambiance – clean, contemporary, and inviting ✔️ Good drinks – the coconut and iced coffee hit the spot ❌ Service was lacking – odd for a Novotel venue, especially when it wasn’t packed Would we return? Maybe for the drinks, but hopefully with better service next time. If you’re passing through, it’s a decent pit stop, but don’t expect a warm welcome.
