Madras Darbar Indian Restaurant

We recently dined at Madras Darbar and had such a satisfying experience! If you’re craving authentic Indian flavors in Bangkok, this place truly delivers. We started with their Paneer Masala Dosa, which was perfectly crisp on the outside and generously filled with flavorful paneer masala inside. The sambar and chutneys complemented it beautifully and felt fresh and authentic. For the main course, we tried the Chicken Jalfrezi, which had a wonderful balance of spices and a rich, slightly tangy gravy. The chicken was tender and cooked just right. We also ordered Paneer Do Pyaza, and it was absolutely delicious — soft paneer cubes in a flavorful onion-based gravy that paired perfectly with both naan and Malabar paratha. The Malabar paratha was flaky and buttery, just the way it should be! Overall, the food was flavorful, comforting, and truly satisfying. The portions were generous, and the taste felt very close to home. Definitely a great spot in Bangkok for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine. Highly recommended! ✨
