I had a great gray hair root touch-up here. The staff were efficient and the process was smooth. Since they use a quick dye formula, I recommend that dark-haired clients with stubborn grays that fade easily consider going one shade darker than usual so the color lasts longer, especially if you wash your hair frequently. My only suggestion is that staff ask clients with wavy/curly hair whether they prefer a higher heat setting when styling it straight. The flat iron was used on a very gentle setting for my wavy hair, which left it puffy rather than straight.

I got my highlights done yesterday and they turned out great, very subtle and fine strands just like I asked, a super natural blonde. The hairdresser Zelie was very professional and careful with my hair, I'm really happy with the results!
