This is a perfectly fine hotel. It’s close to the Asoke BTS which makes it easy to get around, but still in a tucked away side street so you’re away from all the noise of the city. The girls in the reception are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was that my room had an adjacent door to another room. It’s locked, but you can hear the people in the other room like they literally in the same room as you. Luckily there were no noise at nighttime. All in all a good experience staying here.

Reception Staff Behavior Was Unacceptable – Definitely Not 4-Star Service The most shocking part of our stay was the attitude and behavior of the reception staff. This alone proves this hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Around 10 PM, we came back after buying some cake and politely asked for a spoon. A completely normal and simple request. There were FOUR receptionists standing at the desk. Instead of helping, they looked at us as if we were asking for something unreasonable. They told us to use the thin plastic coffee stick from the room. We explained that we had already used it in the morning for coffee and thrown it away — because it’s a disposable plastic stick. Their response? “There isn’t another one.” We then asked them to please get a spoon from the breakfast room. They refused again, saying it was closed. We were not asking for food or service, just a single spoon. In a 4-star hotel, this should not even be a question. The complete lack of flexibility and willingness to help was unbelievable. What were we supposed to do next — eat cake with a cotton bud? Because of their attitude and refusal to provide something so basic, we couldn’t eat the cake at all and ended up throwing it away. To make things worse, the mini fridge in the room wasn’t working either, so we couldn’t even store it for later. The only positive part of our stay was the doorman, who was always polite and professional, and the cleaning staff, who were kind. Unfortunately, the reception staff completely ruined the experience. This is absolutely not 4-star service.

While this hotel was fine, I would not rate it 4-star. The rooms were small with limited space for bags and the room and bathroom could have benefited from a freshen up of paint. The pool is now in continuous shade throughout the day due to the current construction of an adjacent building. The hotel is a convenient 15 min walk to terminal 21, and only a few minutes walk to SW1 food market and BTS. The road the hotel sits on does smell as the drains along that road are not fully covered and the heat was intense when we stayed in February 2026 but that is not the fault of the hotel, just something to note. The reception and door staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast buffet was good.

****URGENT***** As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was hit with a strong and unpleasant sewage odor. That was when I realized booking a few nights here was a mistake. The entire hotel smells of sewage and is extremely musty—even inside the elevator. The smell inside the room was even worse and made it very difficult to sleep. The shower head constantly drips, so there is an ongoing noise, and the hot water barely works, turning on and off unpredictably. When I entered my room, I noticed the window was broken. To their credit, the staff fixed it almost immediately. However, there were many mosquitoes in the room, and I also found a cockroach. The bed was dirty when I arrived, with visible dirt stains, and there was dust on the shower door, which makes it seem like the room was not properly cleaned. I am not usually someone who writes reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others not to stay here. I strongly advise you to save your money and stay elsewhere. I didn’t even end up staying the night because I was so uncomfortable. The odor was so overwhelming that I had to breathe through my mouth. The hotel showed me other rooms as alternatives, but they all had the same smell, and I still didn’t feel comfortable staying there. The location also did not feel safe. There is no visible security, and the hotel is located in a narrow alleyway. It sits across a busy road with many vendors and several homeless individuals nearby. I've stayed at better hostels than this hotel. Overall, this hotel is very rundown, dingy, and absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend this place, you're better off staying at a hostel.
