A rare find in Bangkok if you’re tired of loud, overcrowded rooftop bars. Gir Bar offers a beautiful sunset view without the chaos - no queues, no wristbands, no pressure to spend. Just a calm, relaxed atmosphere where you can actually enjoy your drink. The space feels understated and intentional, the cocktails are well-made, and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. Most importantly, you’re treated like a guest, not a transaction. It was surprisingly quiet when I visited, which made the whole experience even better. A perfect spot if you want something more low-key, tasteful, and human. Highly recommended for anyone who values atmosphere over hype.

While the ingredients sound strange on paper, the result was incredibly balanced and complex. It challenges your palate in the best way possible. The presentation was theatrical, utilizing dry ice/edible flowers, making it highly "Instagrammable" without sacrificing quality.

Interesting Asian fusion cocktails; we enjoyed the Tokyo Pizza drink as well Kimchi based drink. The drinks are slightly watered down as compared to other bars. But the ambience is dimly chill and has a panoramic view of the city. Also friendly service by the crew.
