I was able to make a same day appointment and walked 3 minutes from Carlton Hotel to Glow Facial Bar (located on the second floor with hairdressers downstairs). I had the Korean Glow Treatment (with stem cell treatment/mask) for 50 minutes at $1490 Baht (special promotion). I was comfortable and enjoyed the treatment. My skin looked firmer and glowed when done. The products feel light, natural and cooling too. No heavy perfumes or stickiness. My therapist performed the facial as well as the estheticians I have had in Canada. I would revisit this place if I am ever in Bangkok again. I especially liked that they are trained and only focus on facial massage.

Awesome place! I am used to facials where they use some machines or lasers, so was a bit reserved about this place, since it’s without. But I was surprised in a great way, it’s like a proper depuffing facial massage, and the products used were very good! My skin looked so much better and my face slimmer after this, I had a proper glow!

The service is very professional. We always come here to enjoy their facial treatments whenever we come to Bangkok. The price is very reasonable and their massage skills can really let you relax and fell asleep. Definitely we will come back again. Thank you Only and Thar

Very, very disappointing. I booked a 2500 baht 90 minute treatment and was told I would get 2 15 min add ons. On arrival in the salon was not greeted with a smile but with a "Why are you here?" In fact for the whole 90 mins I was not even asked my name. Complete silence. For the price I was expecting luxury, instead you get an old, shabby room, background music is a Thai radio channel. At the end of 90 min I was told the treatment was over. I asked about the 30 min add ons. They said it was included in the treatment. Go figure! I have had nicer experiences paying less than half this price Perhaps another example of Bangkok's increasingly poor customer service. As I said, very disappointing.
