  Amazing service and highly recommended! I visited the clinic all the way from London to have my old composiite veneers removed, and then replaced. The service and quality of work i received was outstanding. The dentist is amazzzzing in what she does and her work is fabulous! The communication from start to finish was great, clear and consistent🤩🤩. The clinic is super clean and very well decorated. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I will return to have more work done soon!🥰😍😘

  I had two dental implants done at Gold9 Dental Clinic, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The dentist worked very efficiently, the procedure was quick, and I felt no pain at all. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and precision throughout the treatment. The aftercare service is excellent, and I have had no issues with my implants. My second implant has now been completed successfully, and everything feels perfect. I am very satisfied with the results and will definitely return to Gold9 Dental Clinic for future dental treatments.

  Even though we had an appointment, the dentist still arrived almost 50 minutes late, showing no respect for the patient’s time. The treatment felt rough, and the communication was confusing, which made me question the professionalism of this clinic. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I will not return and do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. My mother came here for scaling (2,500 THB) and AirFlow cleaning (1,500 THB), which was recommended by the clinic after the initial examination. However, during the procedure, she developed bleeding and blood blisters on the roof of her mouth. The treatment had to be stopped before the AirFlow procedure was completed. What disappointed me most was not only the injury, but also the communication afterward. Different staff members gave different explanations, and we never received a clear explanation of how the blood blisters occurred. We also disagreed with their assessment that the scaling had been fully completed, because there were still visible deposits on the teeth after the procedure. In the end, the clinic only offered a partial refund for the unfinished AirFlow treatment, but the pricing explanation was confusing and we could not understand how the final amount was calculated. I understand that bleeding can happen during scaling, especially in patients with significant tartar buildup. However, I expected clearer communication, more careful handling, and greater transparency when a complication occurred. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
